“The place was clean and staff was nice however there are people hanging out in their cars and in front of the doors smoking . Drinking doing god know what else and slamming doors all night. It was creepy and did not feel safe! However if you reach out to Expedia they do not care. I checked out a day early of my 2 night stay because it was not the star rating they posted. I did not sleep on the uncomfortable beds and with all the little party in parking lot. I asked for a refund for just one...

“The desk clerk changed rooms at the last minute to try to be helpful, however the "new" room had not been cleaned fully and the shower lever would not mix hot and cold water, so no shower possible. Coffee maker was not cleaned, and the room smelled a bit like smoke, though it was a non smoking facility. I asked desk clerk for a discount due to all of this, haven't heard back o n it.”

“Room was moderately clean. Our room had an interior door to create an ajoining room. It was not sound proof so we could hear the person in the room next to ours when talking on phone and watching tv. Had to put my earplugs in order to sleep. Learned a valuable lesson for myself. Make sure not to get an ajoining room when booking future hotels . Bed was comfortable. Indoor pool was nice. Breakfast had a nice variety. ”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“Free parking. Staff was not helpful. Check in staff asked if 2nd floor (no elevator) was ok. Since he asked- we said we preferred 1st due to mobility. He said sorry. Can’t move you. The hotel was practically empty. Our keys failed to work- the desk staff tried the keys and didn’t work for her either. She opened the door with her master and said to just find her if we needed back in. Breakfast was horrible- milk and juices were diluted way down. Sausage was barely brown, waffle mix...

“Multiple problems with door key, had to make a 3rd trip to get new remote batteries so the TV would work.”

“When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...

“El hotel está muy bien, en servicio e instalaciones. El desayuno es lo básico, café, waffles, cereal, yogurt y fruta. Por el precio, es un muy buen lugar para descansar. TV en español. Yo lo recomiendo si vienes a trabajar o por unas noches.”
